Single-origin coffee · Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica
A cup painted by the mountain
We grow, hand-pick and small-batch roast a single-farm specialty coffee at the foot of Mount Chirripó.

Every bean holds a whole year of rain and sun, and the hands that tend it. That is why we call it Santa Cosecha, the holy harvest: every harvest is a gift from the land.

Our farm
At the foot of Chirripó
In the El General valley, coffee grows in the shade of banana plants and native trees. Morning sun and afternoon rain give it its sweetness.

The journey of a bean
From flower to cup
01
The flower
With the first rains the coffee is covered in white flowers that scent the air for three days.

02
The cherry
Eight months later we hand-pick only the red cherries, in several passes each season.
03
The drying
Washed, honey or natural: every lot is processed the same day and dried slowly in the sun on raised beds.

04
The roast
We roast in small batches, to order, so the aroma reaches your home whole.

05
The cup
And it arrives at your table smelling of the mountain. Pour it slowly.
Art from our land
Costa Rica is painted in every colour
The painted oxcarts, with wheels like mandalas of colour, are part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The same love of colour and handmade work lives in Santa Cosecha: on the farm, in the cup and in the illustration that wraps every bag.
